Corey always went above and beyond to help with any issues that I had during my time at Cahaba Grandview! The maintenance team was always prompt and the community is close to plenty of shopping and dining.

So clean , well managed ! One of the best apartments I’ve stayed at in Birmingham ! So many residence events and COREY is a literal life saver an actual angel !!!! You submit a maintenance request and they show up the same day , literally no issues .

I’ve been here since January and I love the apartment homes. The apartments are so spacious with high ceilings. Maintenance is swift with completing service requests, the community is quiet, and I’m always able to reach the office employees. Everything from restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are nearby.

Corey was AMAZING! We drove past Cahaba Grandview and decided to turn around and ask for a tour. We didn’t have a reservation and were ready to hear a No since it was the end of the working day. But Corey with a smile said Yes! And took time to sit with my husband and I, showed us the property and we not only loved Cahaba Grandview, but Corey’s delightful personality, attitude and care. We knew at the end of our tour, without a doubt that this is the place we wanted to call home. THANK YOU SO MUCH COREY!

My husband and I lived at Cahaba Grandview for a 1 1/2 years. They are by far the best apartment community you can ever ask for there managers Corey, Davida and Jenny are an absolute DREAM with a top notch maintenance crew. Trust me when I say you will indeed have a great living experience with no regrets.
