Yes. Residents enter using their designated access credentials, and guests may enter through the guest access area according to the community’s visitor entry procedures.

Resident and guest parking is available at no additional cost on a first-come, first-served basis. Resident parking is unassigned, and garages are available for an additional monthly fee of $150.

Residents may submit maintenance requests through the online resident portal, by email, or in person at the leasing office. For after-hours emergencies, residents can submit a request through the online portal or call the leasing office and follow the prompts to reach emergency maintenance services.

Packages may be delivered directly to residents at their request. A designated package delivery room with package lockers is also available for package pickup after delivery.

The community provides stair access only.

The community was built in 2009 and underwent renovations a few years ago.

The community has convenient access to River Ridge Shopping Center, which includes a Target Superstore, restaurants, retail shops, and other services.

The community is approximately 2 minutes from US-280, 4 minutes from I-459 and The Summit, 6 minutes from Grandview Medical Center, 10 minutes from Downtown Birmingham, and 20 minutes from Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport. Amazon Fulfillment Center in Bessemer is also nearby.

Bedrooms feature carpet, while wood-look vinyl flooring is installed throughout the remaining areas of each apartment home.

Yes. Every apartment home includes a balcony. Depending on the apartment location, views may include the parking area or the surrounding wooded landscape.

Pet stations with complimentary doggy bags are located throughout the community. Residents and their pets can also enjoy the surrounding wooded landscape.

Yes. A centrally located gazebo includes a grill station, and an additional grill is available in the pool area near the leasing office.

Yes. The fitness center is available to residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Amenities include a swimming pool, a 24/7 fitness center with a dedicated yoga room, a gazebo with a grill, a car wash and vacuum area, gated access, pet stations, and a package room with package lockers. Garages and storage rooms are also available for an additional fee.

The process begins with an application and required screening, which typically takes approximately 24 hours once all required documents are received. Before move-in, approved applicants must establish electricity service, obtain renters insurance, and complete their lease agreement before receiving their keys.

The community offers both in-person and self-guided tours.

Tours may be scheduled online through the community website or by contacting the leasing office. Walk-in visits are also welcome.
