I’ve been a resident here since 2023, and it’s truly felt like home. Corey, Davida, and Jenny have always been helpful and professional, and maintenance is quick to respond when needed. The property stays clean, and I’ve always felt comfortable and safe here. After three years, I can honestly say it’s been a solid living experience.

I’ve lived here for about five years and have had a great experience overall. DaVida has been an excellent leasing agent—always fair, professional, and very helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. So clean , well managed ! One of the best apartments I’ve stayed at in Birmingham ! So many residence events and COREY is a literal life saver an actual angel !!!! You submit a maintenance request and they show up the same day , literally no issues .

I’ve been here since January and I love the apartment homes. The apartments are so spacious with high ceilings. Maintenance is swift with completing service requests, the community is quiet, and I’m always able to reach the office employees. Everything from restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are nearby.

Corey was AMAZING! We drove past Cahaba Grandview and decided to turn around and ask for a tour. We didn’t have a reservation and were ready to hear a No since it was the end of the working day. But Corey with a smile said Yes! And took time to sit with my husband and I, showed us the property and we not only loved Cahaba Grandview, but Corey’s delightful personality, attitude and care. We knew at the end of our tour, without a doubt that this is the place we wanted to call home. THANK YOU SO MUCH COREY!
